What to expect

  1. Once you have added yourself to our waiting list we have you in a queue
  2. Await a call from one of our team
  3. When we call, we will ask you some questions to determine what to book you in for. If a face to face consultation is required, we will arrange a ‘Zoom’ between you and your stylist before we book anything.
  4. During the call, we will give you any information you need. If you need a skin test we will arrange that for you also.

We are facing additional costs to meet the government guidelines to keep our customers safe. Whilst we are trying to keep these costs to a minimum, we do have to put a small surcharge on the bill as a temporary measure, but we intend to lift this when it is safe to do so. 

We also expect the average bill price of the initial return visit to be higher than usual as we have to consider the extra amount of time, product and corrective techniques we will need to carry out our services after such a long time between appointments. This is likely to return to normal for following visits.

Also note that due to the government guidelines, we have had to make changes in the hours that we work so your stylist may no longer be able to offer you the same appointment times as before.
