To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place.
- A valid card is required to secure your appointment, but no payment will be taken at the time of booking.
- If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, there is no charge.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a 30% fee will be charged to the card on file.
- No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
This policy ensures our stylists have enough time to fill any gaps in their schedule, maximizing appointment availability for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our salon running smoothly.
Exceptions for Late Cancellations
We understand that unavoidable situations may arise. In the following exceptional circumstances, we may waive the 30% cancellation fee as a one-time exception:
- Medical emergencies (sudden illness, injury, or hospitalisation).
- COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses that prevent safe attendance.
- Family emergencies (serious illness or bereavement).
- Childcare or dependent care emergencies.
- Severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.
- Major transport disruptions (road closures, strikes, or vehicle breakdowns).
- Household emergencies (fire, flood, security issues).
If you experience any of these situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
